Sales Specialist (or Alternance)

About the Role

- Conduct cold calls and email outreach to potential clients;
- Prepare sales presentations and proposals;
- Represent HelioRec at industry exhibitions and events;
- Use CRM tools to manage leads, track sales activities, and improve efficiency;
- Implement process automation to optimize the sales workflow
- Write the tender documentation;
- Analyze customer data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement;
- Prepare regular reports on customer development and performance metrics.

Requirements

- Experience in B2B sales, business development, or lead generation;
- Ability to work with CRM systems and implement sales process automation;
- Bachelor's degree in the technical field;
- 5+ years of proven track record in customer development (B2B sales);
- Startup experience;
- Fluent in English and French;
- Permit to work in France.
