Selected for the Blue Tech Index – Session 3

This national program, led by Le Cluster Maritime Français and supported by key partners including Indosuez Wealth Management, Banque Populaire – NextInnov, and Crédit Maritime Grand Ouest, highlights startups driving innovation in the maritime economy — in France and beyond.

Being recognized for the second consecutive year is a strong validation of our work to bring clean, floating solar energy to ports, coastal regions, and inland water bodies. These are areas where land is limited, but the urgency for renewable energy solutions is growing rapidly.

At HelioRec, we’re committed to reshaping how clean energy is generated and integrated into maritime and urban environments — through scalable, sustainable, and space-efficient technology.
