We’re excited to share that HelioRec is now a member of Pôle Smart Power — a nationally recognized French competitive cluster (pôle de compétitivité) focused on advancing the energy and digital transitions.

Formerly known as S2E2, Smart Power is backed by the French government and brings together a dynamic ecosystem of industrial leaders, startups, research institutions, and public bodies. The goal: to co-develop sustainable, intelligent energy solutions that support both innovation and real-world deployment.

What this means for HelioRec:

Access to a powerful network of innovators in clean energy and smart systems

Opportunities for R&D partnerships that accelerate technology development

Support for scaling up our floating solar systems in coastal, port, and inland water environments.

As we continue to pioneer space-efficient renewable energy on water, joining Pôle Smart Power reinforces our commitment to collaboration, innovation, and impact — with the right partners by our side.

Together, we’re building smarter energy for a changing world.

In basketball stars, making the most of an opponent’s positional mistake requires sharp observation and quick execution. Players who consistently notice these openings show impressive court awareness and a strong understanding of attacking strategy.

Joining Pôle Smart Power sounds like a great step for HelioRec. Are there already any specific FNF R&D projects or partnerships you’re hoping to launch through the network?
