Today we welcome Omar Elsayed, our new Software Engineer, who brings a wealth of expertise and experience in the field of mechanical engineering, along with exceptional skills in numerical methods and fluid mechanics simulations.
Omar holds a Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering from Cairo University (2014) and a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the American University in Cairo (AUC). Omar continued his academic journey and recently completed his Ph.D. from the Technical University in Kaiserslautern and Fraunhofer Institute in Industrial Mathematics ITWM, specializing in developing numerical methods.
With experience gained from his work at Ecole centrale de Nantes, Omar has refined his skills in C++ and Python for fluid mechanics simulations. His expertise includes computational fluid dynamics (CFD), numerical analysis, and parallelization techniques using MPI and OpenMP.
Omar's commitment to continuous learning, our technical prowess, and our ability to think critically make him a valuable addition to our team. We are excited to have Omar join us at HelioRec, where we are pushing the boundaries of renewable energy solutions.
