Floating solar, smart LED, integrated renewables-based systems, sustainable sedimentation and various other energy-efficient low carbon solutions implemented in EU port infrastructure and management practices were presented at the DualPorts final conference in Brussels.
HelioRec in cooperation with GreenPipe presented 10kW floating solar project in Oostende Port. The system was installed 14th of January 2022 and produced more than 1.5MWh clean energy.
